The Selvaag-family’s investment activities have traditions back to the1950s and have for several decades gained experience as a successful investor. The company’s total assets are approximately 855 MNOK.

 

The investment company AS Selvaag Invest is a subsidiary of Selvaag Gruppen AS. Selvaag Invest has five  employees with strong competence within private equity, shipping and financial investments.

The Selvaag-family’s investment activities have traditions back to the1950s and have for several decades gained experience as a successful investor within shipping and oil production among others. Over the last two decades, the focus has shifted towards investments in new technology and Private Equity.

Selvaag Invest conducts investments outside Selvaag's core business Home Building and Real Estate. The investement portfolio was in 2008 influenced by the sharp downturn in the financial markets. Some larger realisations were done early in 2008 with profit. The company's total assets were valued to approximately 855 MNOK by the year end.

SI sell their shares in Viken Fibernett

Lyse Tele has put forward an offer to acquire all outstanding shares in Viken Fibernett AS. Selvaag Invest (SI) has accepted the offer. The transaction is expected to be completed by mid April.

SI sell their shares in Fjellkraft AS

76,7 percent of the shareholders in Fjellkraft AS have entered into an agreement to with Nordkraft AS, a subsidary of Narvik Energi, to sell their shares in Fjellkraft.
